Smoked salmon dip

8oz. block cream cheese, softened
1T. milk
3 green onions,(whites only), chopped
2oz. smoked salmon, chopped

Mix together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Mix in onions and salmon. Refrigerate overnight giving time for flavors to meld together.Serve on Club crackers or other "fancy" crackers.
