4C. cubed,cooked chicken breast
2C. diced celery
1C. mayonaise
1C. sliced almonds
2(11oz) cans Mandarin oranges
1(20oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1lb. seedless green grapes, cut in half
In a large bowl. combine chicken,celery,mayonaise, and almonds and mix well. Gently fold in oranges,pineapple and grapes. Serve on croissants.
Yield: 8-10 servings
